UNDERSTANDING THE CONCEPTS OF LEADERSHIP

AFTER HAVING ALL THESE AS A GOOD LEADER HE/SHE MUST KNOW THESE AS HIS RESPONSIBILITIES AS A LEADER: PSALM 23.
Jesus Christ as the perfect leader. And he has given into us the alight of correct leader in different passage of the bible, but we shall be studying from the book of Psalm.

1. The lord is my Shepherd- Verse 1a
A good leader acknowledges God and makes his followers to understand God as a great leader. 2. I shall not want- Verse 1b
A good leader helps his followers never to lack any good things in any form.
3. A good leader brings his followers to a place of the word of God. He is nourishing them with undiluted word of God. He brings them to the knowledge of God- Verse 2.
4. A leader is responsible for the souls and the salvation of his followers, because he is to lead to the path of righteousness -Verse 3 5. A good leader prays for his people.
6. A good leader correct and discipline his people. He disciplines them in to correction. ROD&STAFF -Verse4, Proverb 3:12.
7. A good leader makes the follower to have a personal construction and proclamation of God’s promises -Verse 5&6

NOW: THINGS TO UNDERSTAND AS A LEADER
1. The power of leadership comes from God and belongs to God. Psalm 62:11 2. The wisdom and the mighty of leadership belong to the Lord. Proverb 4:5-9 3. God removes leaders and set up leaders. Daniel 4:24
4. God changes time and season Ecclesiastes 3:1 The time allotted from every leader to serve his people 5. You don’t need a title before you are called as a leader.

CONCLUSION:
Correct leader is guided by correct principle and this principle is aided by correct wisdom through the word of God and His Spirit.
Are you a leader? Do you want to be a good correct and useful leader? This is a challenge for you as a leader. Re-dedicate your life as a leader and be a good and useful one. GOD BLESSES YOU!!!
