Concrete pursuit of a laudable cause.
Enterprise commitment to a laudable cause.
An unwavering commitment to dialouging with his mission.
An unyielding commitment to acting according to his principles and beliefs. A definite commitment to a time frame to finish the cause.
A good understanding of resourses needed to prosecute the cause. Courage to stand for the cause he believes in no matter what may happen to him. Declaration of his beliefs, vision and mission at any ime when it is asked. A clear, and succinct mission statement.
Prayerful life.

COMPONENTS OF THE PASSION OF A LEADER
-Enthusiasm.
-Energy.
-Effort.
-Encouragement.
-Edification.
-Exitement.
-Engine of reason.

THE WAY OF A PASSIONATE LEADER
-Integrity.
-Tenacity.
-Curiousity.
-Courage.
-Humility.
-Positivity.
-Love.
-Empathy.
-Total involvement.
-Technique.
-Preparation.
-Investment.
-Motive.
-Spontaneity.

CONSISTENT ATTITUDE OF A PASSIONATE LEADER
-They are connected to the source of life.
-They forego their ego.
-They consistently communicate
-They focus on the rewards not on the punishment.
-They intentionally live as a model.
-They build trust.
-They show enthusiasm.
-They are calm.
-They criticize constructively and with empathy (If need be). -They show appreciation.
-They develop a positive attitude toward failure.
-They see failure as an incident not a person.
-When they fail, they failed forward.
-They do no claim monopoly over the truth or liability to do a task. -They are open minded to change.
-They are poeple friendly.
-They accept correction wholeheartedly.
-They are great readers.
-They are good at giving back feedback to the people (fellowship members). -They are people of prayers.
-They are inspired by the written word of God.
-They are good thinkers.
